I'm not sure if this was mentioned already but on the local Chicago news they had a "celebrity sightings" segment after the Bears game last night. It was a ER on location filming with FW/GV shown. Ames had a gun on Luka. Two scenes: 1) Luka driving an old car with Ames in the back seat behind him and 2) arriving at an older house with Ames kicking the front door in and making Luka walk in front of him before he followed. Nothing big but I'd thought I'd share. I'm not following spoilers much so I have no idea what episode this would be from though they were wearing coats. Maybe it's supposed to be set in winter? Not sure. It was pretty warm in Chicago for November (50s) so it's hard to say.

Я не слежу за спойлерами ,поэтому я понятия не имею, что это за эпизод, хотя они были в пальто. Возможно, что это должно быть зимой? Не уверена. Довольно тепло в Чикаго в ноябре, так что трудно сказать.

They are filming at Noble and Ohio street, on the near west side of Chicago (In front of J Patricks Irish Bar). Last night I was walking to a local bar to watch the Bears game and came across it. Very cool.

Curtis Ames is in the apartment with Abby. He has a pistol. Abby just wants him to leave. The baby is crying, and Abby is in tears. He wants her to call Luka.

Luka is at the police station trying to help Pratt explain the misunderstanding about the clinic. He gets a phone call while he is there. It’s likely Abby’s call, but we do not hear. Later, we hear Ames thank Abby. Luka goes to leave the police station when he meets the pastor of the church and wonders aloud to him why Pratt is the one in trouble and not the pastor. (Note: Luka feels the need to leave, but since he makes no attempt to get help from the police who are right there, I think it is safe to assume Abby gets him home on false pretenses.)

They leave Abby behind.

A fire truck and ambulances pull up in front of Sam’s building (so I take it she is no longer living with Elliot). Ben is there and helps a woman who seems to be Sam’s grandmother, Gracie, out of the building. The woman is worried that she cannot locate Sam and Alex. Ben reassures her that they are probably out of the building by now, but he’s worried they are still inside. Soon, Sam smashes through a window using a kitchen chair. She is with Alex and a burned man. There are flames behind them.

They manage to get out and get the man to the hospital. Sam says the fire started when Alex knocked over a candle. Though Sam is suspicious and upset and seems to think there is more to the story.

Looks like Abby comes home to find Ames with a gun in Luka's apartment. She is mad that he speaks to her 'so casually, as if they are friends'. Ames tells her to call Luka and get him to come home right away. She does it and Ames leaves with Luka at gunpoint.

As soon as they leave, she grabs the medical chart, presumably to check the address. The cops are picking up Ames' ex wife to help in negotiating with him.

Sam's grandma, Gracie, is staying at her place, don't know why. Looks like we will meet her in eppy 13 or even earlier and the story will carry over to this one. There is an apartment fire and Ben gets grandma out while Sam and Alex are trapped with their upstairs neighbor, a gentleman who has been burned. They all get out, the guy is seriously burned, but will survive. Sam helps Ray perform a tricky intubation on him. Alex tells Sam he knocked over a candle, starting the fire, but she doesn't seem to believe it. It seems granny was baking a pie, it looks like maybe granny is a bit senile and Alex is perhaps covering for her.

The Reverend who ran the clinic with Pratt arrives at the jail and Luka lets him know he thinks he is at least partially to blame for this mess, too. Pratt bonds with another prisoner who is also under arrest for helping people get the drugs they need.

Ausiello: Ames is going to cause more problems for Abby and Luka, so much so that authorities will get involved. Elsewhere, Meg will continue to come between Neela and Gates, one character’s heart will stop, and a doc will end up behind bars.

Episode 13.14 - Murmurs of the Heart: Ames breaks in and threatens Abby and baby Joe, telling her to call Kovac immediately. Pratt has been arrested for his involvement in the church's medical clinic. Kovac is trying to bail him out of jail but leaves when Abby calls him. Ames forces Kovac to leave with him when Kovac returns home. Abby contacts the police, who begin trying to locate Ames and Kovac in Ames's car. Sam's Grandmother Gracie and a friend named Ben are visiting when a fire breaks out in the building. Ben and Gracie get out but Sam and Alex are trapped in the building.

HEARTBREAK ER-- FOREST WHITAKER GUEST STARS- Gates (John Stamos) and Neela (Parminder Nagra) try to revive Meg (guest star Paula Malcomson) after they find her unconscious in her car. Sam (Linda Cardellini) suspects she may know who set fire to her home. Meanwhile, tensions mount as Ames (guest star Forest Whitaker) gets more and more desperate to seek revenge. Goran Visnjic, Maura Tierney, Mekhi Phifer, Shane West and Scott Grimes also star.
