It's not nice between Kerry and Luka.

He says his hans are tied and he's not happy.

Kerry tells Luka that when Anspaugh and the others were going to fire Luka she took the fall for him. She adds that's the only reason she ended up back in ER and that's the only reason Luka's still there. Ouch!

Later Kerry tell Haleh that was the first tiem she heard about that, Luka just told her.

Luka fires Kerry because he has to make cuts, it's all about the money.

Abby knew Luka had to cut someone, but Luka never told her it was going to be Kerry.

Later Haleh and Sam talk about Kerry, Haleh confirms it's about the money, and adds that Kerry knows the place better than anyone.

Kerry's pissed because the hospital buying robotic equipment, but can't afford her.

Abby and Luka clashes over the diagnosis, she wants some procedure she once saw Kerry doing.

When Kerry finds Luka in the trauma room she pulls a Gabe Lawrance and does some procedure nobody has ever seen or done or heard.

When Kerry leaves, Abby gives Luka a look.

Meg's pissed Gates moved on.

She goes to the ER with Sarah and makes a scene.

Gates' pissed at her. Says she didn't come just because of booze.

Meg says they're family, but Gates isn't buying it, says it's his work, he works there, what she just did isn't family.

Meg says he has been avoiding her, what he wants her to do?

Sarah with Gates in the ER, when Neela approaches them.

Sarah's not happy to see Neela.

While Neela examines Gates' patient Sarah tell gets that Neela doesn't look like a whore.
Когда Нила исследует пациента Гейтса, то Сара говорит ему, что Нила не выглядит шлюхой.

Neela asks if Sarah called her a whore, Gates sais no one did.
Нила спрашивает его ,назвала ли Сара ее шлюхой. Гейтс отрицает.

The patient says Sarah did.

Sarah says her mother called Neela a whore.

Neela tells Sarah her mother is mistaken.

Sarah asks if Neela is calling her mom a liar.

Gates tells Sarah that if she keeps it up, she's going home.

Later Neela tells Abby that the little tosser called her a whore.
Позже Нила рассказывает Эбби, что маленькая тоссер назвала ее шлюхой.

Neela was never called a whore before.
Нилу никто никогда так не называл.

Abby asks Neela is Sarah said ugly whore of filthy whore.

Neela asks if there's a difference.

Abby says if depends on the whore.

The triangle between Meg/Sarah, Gates and Neela is heating up. Sarah is shadowing Gates for the day at work and is rather rude to Neela who attempts to remain civil. Later, Meg must make a scene in the ER. Gates talks to her privately and tries to convince her to move on, that he doesn'it love her the way she wants him to. Meg then says a rude thing about Neela.
Треугольник между Мэг\Сарой, Гейтсом и Нилой усугубляется. Сара пристает к Гейтсу в течение его рабочего дня и довольна груба к Ниле ,которая сохраняет лицо. Позже Мэг устраивает сцену в СП. Гейтс говорит с ней тет-а-тет, и пытается убедить ее идти дальше без него, и он не любит ее, как она хочет, тогда она говорит грубые слова о Ниле.

One of Pratt’s patients from the church clinic comes in and later dies. It appears that the medicine he obtained from the clinic for his arthritis lead to the complications that killed him. Pratt and Hope know what’s up.
Один из пациентов Пратта из церковной клиники ,который позже умирает. Кажется, что лекарства, которые он получил в той клинике от артрита, вели к осложнениям ,которые и убили его. Пратт и Хоуп догадывается об этом.

Morris tells Sam that someone has stolen his credit card, is buying things, and having the purchases sent to her house. Morris says the necklace Sam is wearing is his. It appears Morris accusing Alex.

Luka seems to be laying off an attending - and it is Kerry - because she is one of the more highly paid. Luka says that he cannot change the situation, and tells Abby he did fight to keep Kerry's job.

Kerry is quite hurt, and tells Luka that she saved his job by stepping down as Chief of Staff earlier in the year. Later Kerry is determined to argue it out with Luka, particularly when she learns the hospital is purchasing robotic equipment but cannot keep her. In the final Act, she arrives just in time to save Luka's patient with a little know but successful technique. Luka sincerely compliments her.
Керри уязвлена и говорит Луке, что она сохранила его работу, когда ушла с поста главврача ранее в этом году. Позже Керри хочет разубедить Луку, когда она узнает, что больница покупает автоматизированное оборудование, но не может содержать ее. В последнем акте она вовремя приходит спасти пациента Луки с малознакомой успешной своей техникой лечения. Лука искренне поздравляет ее.

Meanwhile, the staff is quite upset at this news, including Abby. She asks Luka why he did not tell her it would be Kerry, and Luka says it is not her concern. It is an attitude Abby notes is becoming his style. Haleh consoles Kerry, Sam is quite surprised, and perhaps even Morris is near tears.
Тем временем, штат расстроен этой новостью, включая Эбби. Она спрашивает Луку, почему он не говорил ей, что это будет Керри. Лука отвечает, что это не ее дело. Ausiello: Kerry's job will certainly be in jeopardy when a new round of budget cuts forces Kovac to make a very difficult decision.

NBC: A DEADLY MISTAKE IN THE ER-- When a patient dies after being prescribed the wrong medication, Pratt (Mekhi Phifer) and Hope (Busy Phillips) question whether they are responsible. Meg (guest star Paula Malcomson) comes to County General and angrily confronts Gates (John Stamos) and Neela (Parminder Nagra) about their relationship. Dr. Kovac (Goran Visnjic) is forced to make budget cuts that could affect one ER doctor. Laura Innes, Maura Tierney, Mekhi Phifer, Linda Cardellini, Shane West and Scott Grimes also star.

Morris tells Sam that someone stole his credit card number and used it to buy jewelry for her. Must be Alex since Morris wants Sam to repay him with interest.
